Currently, there is no option to create and submit a migration plan without performing a full test migration.

It would be great if the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant will have an option to validate the migration plan changes, an option to save and run the migration plan, but without a commit on the changes and the option to export a file with all the changes that plan will perform on the cloud site.
