Product link fixing shows old URL when a destination URL has been changed

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new Cloud Jira/Confluence instance
• Change the URL: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/
• Run a migration
• Fix product links following: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/update-product-links/

Expected Results

• New URL shows up in destination URL field

Actual Results

• Destination URL only displays the old/original URL of the Cloud app

Workaround

• Support can run the same jobs in the background and enter the correct URL manually
