Situation

If migrating JCMA and apps, Atlassian documentation recommends updating the app to the latest version.

However, if the app is updated by the vendor after the App Migration Agreement has already been confirmed, the user is not aware of this change.

In some cases, the vendor may change the app such that the app migration will fail unless they are on the latest version.

Suggestion

Offer a pre-check when creating the migration plan if the vendor app selected in the plan is out of date. This can help users confirm and update their apps prior to migrating.
