Issue Summary
CCMA prechecks do not report user mapping issues.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a migration through the server CCMA plugin
- Run pre-checks
- Start migration
Expected Results
Warning if there is a missing user in the user_mapping .
Actual Results
- Confluence space import is failing [while migrating using CCMA plugin]with below exception when user is not present in user_mapping table .
Import to cloud failed. Message: ERROR: insert or update on table "usercontent_relation" violates foreign key constraint "fk_relation_u2cuser"; To investigate this error please provide the trace id 65a14f1ff5e11fae518312c2dc2f8dc5 to Atlassian support.To investigate this error please provide the trace id e3af910f0722474c851d20339e7d55cd to Atlassian support
This is not caught by the pre-flight checks.
Workaround
After a migration is attempted and failed, the orphaned users needs to be checked and removed properly.
