Support Cross-project boards migration

      Problem

      Currently, the Jira migration assistance doesn't support Cross-project boards migration

      Suggestion

      It would be great if the Migration assistance could migrate the Cross-project boards as well. These are often used by end-users and can only be migrated by manually re-creating them that will involve a lot of manual work.

      Please see How to migrate all boards and filters with the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA)
