How to fix Confluence links in on-prem Jira server after Confluence is migrated to cloud

      The customer wants to fix the linking between their Jira on-premise instance and their now migrated Confluence cloud site.

      The provided script by support seems to only work for Postgres, not for Oracle.
      Instead of making direct updates to the database, the customer prefers a Groovy script to address this issue.
