CCMA fails to migrate space with team calendars related error

Issue Summary

During migration of spaces with CCMA 3.9.0, team calendars are migrated automatically (no option to skip). However, this can lead to failure of spaces being migrated.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new migration plan in CCMA 3.9.0
2. Select spaces to be migrated
3. Run migration

Expected Results

Select spaces are migrated successfully

Actual Results

Following error is shown on the migration assistant page:

Import to cloud failed. Message: ERROR: insert or update on table "AO_950DC3_TC_SUBCALS" violates foreign key constraint "fk_ao_950dc3_tc_subcals_parent_id"; To investigate this error please provide the trace id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to Atlassian support.

Workaround 1:  To migrate spaces without Team Calendars data:

Update your Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant to 3.9.1, and proceed with your migration process.Add the following Dark Feature flag to Confluence server and retry migration.

migration-assistant.disable.team-calendars-migration

Workaround 2: To migrate spaces with Team Calendars data:

• Update your Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant to 3.9.1, and proceed with your migration process.
