      Summary

      New sites or sites that haven't been migrated too in an org do not display in the Update Product Links section until after migration. This leads to confusion for customers as to whether the feature is available or not.

      Suggested Resolution

      Display all sites in the org under the Update Product Links tool but disable actions for sites that have not received a migration and display a user-friendly message with the reasoning.
