Issue Summary

After performing Link Migration Service to resolve broken Confluence links, the URL path has doubled 'wiki'.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a remote Confluence link in Jira
2. Migrate Confluence and Jira to cloud via CCMA/JCMA
3. Use the Product Links and fix Confluence links in Jira: After a successful server to cloud migration URL links are broken in the new cloud instance

Expected Results

The Confluence server URLs are replaced with new Confluence URLs.
For example:

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11111

Actual Results

The Confluence server URLs might be replaced with new Confluence URLs with doubled 'wiki'.
For example:

https://sitename.atlassian.net/wiki/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=11111

Workaround

Need to manually update Cloud DB. Please reach out to Atlassian Migration Support.
