KB Articles linked with Projects do not get migrated from Server to Cloud

      Issue Summary

      JCMA is currently not migrating KB Articles which are configured in JSM projects. These links do not get fixed with link-fixing solution either.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Confluence page for KB articles in Server
      2. Create a JSM project on server
      3. Configure the application links between Jira Server and Confluence Server
      4. Link a space as KB article to the JSM project
      5. Create some issues on JSM projects
      6. Migrate the project to Cloud via JCMA

      Expected Results

      • Either the KB link on Project should get migrated same as any other external link along with project to Cloud.
      • Or, such links should get restored with the link-fixing

      Actual Results

      The KB link in JSM project is missing after migration.

      Workaround

      There are 2 possible Workarounds:

      1. Customer can manually link the KB article to the JSM Projects in Cloud after the migration.
      2. Support team can create a manual link in Jira Table "AO_54307E_CONFLUENCEKB"
