Issue Summary
JCMA is currently not migrating KB Articles which are configured in JSM projects. These links do not get fixed with link-fixing solution either.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence page for KB articles in Server
- Create a JSM project on server
- Configure the application links between Jira Server and Confluence Server
- Link a space as KB article to the JSM project
- Create some issues on JSM projects
- Migrate the project to Cloud via JCMA
Expected Results
- Either the KB link on Project should get migrated same as any other external link along with project to Cloud.
- Or, such links should get restored with the link-fixing
Actual Results
The KB link in JSM project is missing after migration.
Workaround
There are 2 possible Workarounds:
- Customer can manually link the KB article to the JSM Projects in Cloud after the migration.
- Support team can create a manual link in Jira Table "AO_54307E_CONFLUENCEKB"
