Cloud Migration assistants should have a preflight check to recommend the appropriate infrastructure sizing for the migration

      It would be good if the JCMA and CCMA had a preflight that would recommend the number of CPUs, available RAM, and other parameters required to perform a migration based on their scope.

      The Jira Cloud Migration Assistant pre-migration checklist for example recommends 4GB of available memory, which is not sufficient for medium and large migrations
