Add the option to "automatically update users during migration" to fix duplicated

      Issue Summary

      In this KB article, it is mentioned that the option "Automatically update users during migration" is available for Jira only.

      It would be great to add this option to Confluence as well in order to avoid manual work, this will help to Identify users automatically in the Migration Assistant section then fix duplicated email addresses automatically.
