Inactive workflows are not migrated as they are not associated with a screen

Solution

JCMA should provide an option to migrate "extra" inactive workflows.

Workaround

Using a dummy project and scheme, assign any additional workflows to the project and migrate that project to the cloud.

or

Recreate the Workflow manually.
