Issue Summary

When doing a migration if there are project shortcuts on the projects being migrated, these links are not carried over to the target Cloud instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Put several shortcuts in that project
3. Migrate the project to the Cloud

Expected Results

Project shortcuts are migrated

Actual Results

The shortcuts are not migrated.

No errors on the logs
