Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate a dashboard with name XYZ. 
2. Delete the dashboard , it will move to Trash. As per https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-and-edit-dashboards/ , it takes 60 days for dashboard to delete. 

permanently deleted from your site after 60 days.

1. Migrate the dashboard via JCMA following https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/how-to-migrate-all-dashboards-with-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant-jcma-1103430546.html , it will create a dashboard XYZ-Migrated 1

Expected Results

As there is no live dashboard with the name , the migrated flags shouldn't be added. 

Actual Results

Because the dashboard exists in trash, a dashboard is created with the suffix migrated

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
