Issue Summary

After migrating from Confluence Server/DC to Cloud, links of any format:

• to Confluence pages by page title
• to Confluence pages by page id
• to Confluence pages by tiny URL

in Confluence page drafts will not work.

Scenario

• Confluence Server/DC -> Confluence Cloud migration

Steps to Reproduce

Confluence server

1. Create a draft Confluence page referring to another page by title, by page id and by tiny URL (three distinct links)
2. Migrate the page to Confluence Cloud
3. (assuming link fixing has been attempted) Edit the page. The page still loads old content URLs

Expected Results

Links in Confluence page drafts are correctly resolved after link fixing

Actual Results

Content is not updated by link fixing scripts
