Issue Summary: 

As mentioned in this article for pre-flight check. Language of source and the destination site should be same. It will be useful, if add an option to check the source and destination site language and any variants shows up in the pre-flight checks to avoid issues post migrations where entities shows different languages and causing post migration issues.

Pre-flight check should warn the customer about the language mismatch between source and the destination site.

Actual Results

Currently customers figure this out post migration through the issues they face.
