Issue Summary

Per this documentation, CCMA does not currently migrate Global Permissions for Confluence. They must be created manually as a post-migration step:

• What migrates with the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant

This suggestion is to consider handling global permission migration via CCMA.

Steps to Reproduce

Perform any migration via CCMA.

Actual Results

Global Permissions do not get migrated.

Workaround

Global Permissions must be configured manually in the cloud site as a post-migration step.
