Description

Atlassian Application Tunnels app can't connect to Atlassian cloud instances via the outbound proxy server specified in JVM parameters.

Supporting this configuration would be beneficial since a lot of customers work with Bitbucket and other Atlassian products running behind outgoing proxies. This would simplify the setup of Application Tunnels.
