Create From Template Macro doesn’t load when Global Template is used

Issue Summary

The Create from template Macro is throwing an error The template selected is not available anymore Post-Migration. The Global Templates are not being migrated.

The template selected is not available anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Environment: Confluence (Server) 8.1.1 | CMA 3.4.2
2. Create test space and test page.
3. Create a template (to be used within a Macro)
4. Add a Macro (Create From Template )on the test page created. The macro/button
   should create a new page within the same space when used (Kindly check it is working)
5. Create a Migration Plan and Migrate the space to the cloud site and Test the Space.
6. The macro throws the error

Expected Results

The Macro should create a page with the Global Template designated.

Actual Results

The Create from template Macro throws an error The template selected is not available anymore

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
