Support assigning permissions/groups to Repositories at the time of migration in Bitbucket

Currently, when migrating to Bitbucket Cloud using BCMA, all the users are migrated to a group with no permissions and later on, we choose the repositories to migrate. The repositories do not have any groups assigned to begin with.

It would be nice to be able to assign groups to repositories at the time of migration so that this does not have to be manually done post migration on Cloud.
