Steps to Reproduce

1. Selection Option to "Migrate Users related to the selected spaces"
2. After migration all users and groups related to the selected spaces will be migrated. 

Expected Results

The documentation at https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/ highlights that only Users will be migrated and the wording of CCMA says that only Users will be migrated. So the expected results will be users ONLY which is not the case. 

Actual Results

All Users and Groups related to spaces get migrated 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
