Issue Summary

CCMA shows 0 groups and 0 users when creating migration. However, migration works as expected

Steps to Reproduce

Reproduced with the following steps:

• Installed Confluence 7.20.1
• Create migration plan with bundled CCMA 3.3.6
• Plan looks good
• Upgrade to CCMA 3.3.13
• Create migration plan with CCMA 3.3.13
• Make any space/user selection

Expected Results

Under preview screen, we should see an accurate count of users and groups

Actual Results

We see this:

Workaround

Once the migration wizard is complete and migration is saved, the issue doesn't occur.
