Customers with users from many domains may find it challenging to clean up users with domains that are untrusted. This documentation describes the cleanup procedure as 

search for the untrusted domain and modify, disable, or delete the user.

A preferred option in some cases is for JCMA to automatically tombstone these users to transfer data into cloud as "Former User".
