Group permissions missing while using new export logic for CCMA

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

• Browse to <server-url>/admin/darkfeatures.action
• Add the following feature flag to enable new export logic for space export
  • migration-assistant.enable.new-space-export
• Migrate a space with CCMA

Expected Results

• Browse to <cloud-rul>wiki/spaces/spacepermissions.action?key=<spacekey>
• The groups should be intact as it was in server

Actual Results

• Groups are missing

Workaround

None

Note: Tested this on confluence with MSSQL as backend
