Communicate customers regarding App outages

      Even though not directly tied or added to the migration plan, app outages can prevent migrations from running in JCMA and CCMA.

      There should be mass communication of any outages in 3rd party Apps so customers that are migrating are aware of issues and plan their migrations accordingly.
