Notification for migrating large repositories using BCMA

      Currently, we don't notify customers for migrating less than 10 GB repositories to Bitbucket Cloud using the BCMA tool. The BCMA app allows the migration but will be set to read-only until addressed.

      Enhancement request:
      It would be useful if we could inform or notify the customer on the BCMA app that they've migrated large repositories to Bitbucket Cloud and provide links on how they can reduce their repositories.
      This way, customers can prepare post-migration.
