Issue Summary
After migration from server to cloud, the flag feature on the target Jira cloud site breaks.
Flagging an issue fails with the following error:
We couldn't flag this issue
Check your connection and try adding the flag again
Steps to Reproduce
- Verify that the Flagged custom field is either locked or only configured with a single custom field context.
- Migrate data from server to cloud via the migration assistant.
- Verify the Flag custom field again and try to flag an issue.
Expected Results
- The Flagged custom field should remain either locked or configured with a single custom field context. The migrated data should start using the option that is provided by locked field.
- Flagging works
Actual Results
- The Flagged custom field has been unlocked and a second custom field context has been uploaded.
- Flagging of issues is not working.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
