Currently the Jira cloud-to-cloud migration tool does not support the feature Advanced Roadmaps.

This is blocking many customers who have enabled this feature and may be migrating to different cloud deployments.
The current work-around is to take a backup of the cloud site, deploying a temporary server site and using JCMA to migrate back to the cloud. This is a time-consuming process and many cloud customers may not have experience with deploying a temporary server site.
