Issue Summary

Request type fields translations are erroneously skipped within export, hence wouldn't be migrated to cloud.

This is reproducible on Server/Data Center.

Jira 7.13 or newer

JCMA from 1.6.5

Steps to Reproduce

1) Add different language to the JSM project (e.g. English UK). Project Settings -> Language support -> Add language

2) Add translation to request type fields. Project Settings -> Language support -> Choose language in list and add in Request Type section

3) Migrate project

4) Verify translations on the cloud for the specific request type’s fields

Expected Results

Present Request Type Fields translations should be migrated successfully and present on the cloud

Actual Results

Request Type Fields have no translations on cloud.

Workaround

No direct workaround. Translations for request type fields should be added manually on cloud
