Issue Summary
When customers migrate projects with JCMA, the filters migrate with no edit permissions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the edit permissions of a filter and add any user in Jira server
- Migrate the project that’s using the filter.
- After the migration, that same filter has no edit permissions in Jira cloud.
Expected Results
- Filters migrate with the same edit permissions as in Jira server.
Actual Results
- Filters migrate with no edit permissions.
- Permission in Jira server
- Permission in Jira Cloud
- Permission in Jira server
Workaround
Set the edit permissions of the filters manually after the migration (only the owner of the filter can do it)
