      Issue Summary

When customers migrate projects with JCMA, the filters migrate with no edit permissions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the edit permissions of a filter and add any user in Jira server
      2. Migrate the project that’s using the filter.
      3. After the migration, that same filter has no edit permissions in Jira cloud.

      Expected Results

      • Filters migrate with the same edit permissions as in Jira server.

      Actual Results

      • Filters migrate with no edit permissions.
        • Permission in Jira server
        •  Permission in Jira Cloud

      Workaround

Set the edit permissions of the filters manually after the migration (only the owner of the filter can do it)
