Migrations with AR Persons fail on SQL Server

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Jira with SQL Server
2. Attempt a migration involve AR data

Expected Results

Migration executes as normal

Actual Results

SQL Exception can be observed in Jira logs.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
