Problem Statement:
Currently, Loom uses a single global default for all Confluence meeting notes. Users with diverse workstreams (e.g., Team Syncs vs. 1:1s) must manually move pages or constantly toggle global settings to keep "Team Context" and "Personal Context" separate.
User Use Case:
"I want to save team meeting notes to our shared Team Space, but keep 1:1s and ad-hoc syncs in my Personal Space without manually changing settings every time."
Proposed Requirements:
- Destination Override: Add a "Confluence Location" picker to the meeting details in the Loom Meetings tab.
- Series Persistence: Allow a selected space to stick to all future instances of a recurring meeting series.
- Default Logic: Fall back to the global default only if no meeting-specific override is set.
Impact:
Reduces manual overhead for power users and ensures AI-generated meeting notes are automatically organized in the correct source of truth for the team.
