Currently, Loom’s privacy restrictions (such as forcing "Workspace Only" sharing) are applied globally at the workspace level. There is no way to apply these restrictions to specific individuals.   

This request introduces User-Level Privacy Controls, allowing Admins to enforce strict privacy settings for specific users as well.
