Description:

We'd like to request the ability for workspace admins to view usage insights for Loom AI features across their workspace.

Why this is needed:

Currently, on Business + AI plans, core AI features (summaries, chapters, titles, filler word removal) are applied automatically to every video. Additionally, there are optional AI features like creating Jira issues, generating Confluence docs, AI workflows, and caption translations that users can choose to use.

However, there is no admin-facing reporting that shows:

• Which users used Loom AI features on a given day

• What specific AI feature they used

• How many times they interacted with it

Current behaviour:

The Admin Overview and Insights dashboard shows aggregate metrics (total Looms, views, MAU, most active users by video count) but does not surface any AI-specific usage data per user.

Requested behaviour:

A report or dashboard section where admins can see per-user AI feature usage — ideally with date, user, feature used, and interaction count. Exportable via CSV would be a bonus.
