Issue Summary

Disable cross-workspace video sharing, in some situations, this is surfaced, but it shouldn't be allowed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.loom.com/looms/videos
2. Choose the option to share a video
3. Observe in some situations you may see the option to share to a different workspace (or space within another workspace)

Expected Results

You should only be able to share a video within the workspace that owns the video.

Actual Results

In some situations, you can share a video to a different workspace (or a space within another workspace).

Workaround

Ensure the video you are sharing resides within the workspace you are sharing it to.
