Users cannot create a new Loom Developer account

      Issue Summary

      Customers with Atlassian managed accounts cannot sign up for a new Loom Developer account. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Try to sign up 
      2. See it fail

      Expected Results

      New account would be allowed to sign up 

      Actual Results

      New accounts cannot be created 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
