Issue Summary
As an admin of a Legacy Enterprise Workspace (e.g., Rippling), when you add users with Atlassian-managed accounts (even those on the same domain as your legacy users), the Workspace Members page displays their Atlassian Account ID instead of their email address. This makes it difficult to recognize and manage these users, since you can’t see their actual email addresses. This behavior is also observed on Atlassian-managed workspaces for users whose email visibility is restricted (e.g., "Only you and admins").
Steps to Reproduce
- # Add a user with an Atlassian-managed account (on the same domain as your legacy users) to a Legacy Enterprise Workspace.
- # Go to the Workspace Members page in the Loom admin UI.
- # Look at the entry for the Atlassian-managed user.
Expected Results
- The Workspace Members page should display the user’s email address for all users, including those with Atlassian-managed accounts on the same domain. * Admins should be able to easily identify and manage users in the workspace regardless of whether they are legacy Loom accounts or Atlassian-managed accounts.
Actual Results
- For Atlassian-managed account users, the Workspace Members page shows their Atlassian Account ID (AAID) instead of their email address. * This also occurs for some Atlassian-managed workspace users whose email visibility is restricted (e.g., "Only you and admins").
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
