It would be super helpful to have a feature that automatically generates a summary of each meeting—including key discussion points and action items—and then drops that summary into the invite or agenda for the next instance of a recurring meeting. This way, everyone (especially those who missed the last meeting or just need a refresher) can quickly catch up and see what needs to be followed up on.
Why this matters:
- Saves time for organizers and participants by reducing manual note-taking and follow-up.
- Ensures everyone is on the same page, even if they missed the previous meeting.
- Makes it easy to track progress on action items from one meeting to the next.
- Helps keep meetings focused and productive by providing clear context up front.
