[Authentication] Login blocked for Legacy Loom workspaces with mastered Atlassian-managed accounts

      Issue Summary

      Some users are unable to log in to their Legacy Loom workspace when their Loom account is “mastered” and uses the same email address as an Atlassian‑managed account. Because there is no Loom app associated with that Atlassian account, their login to the Legacy workspace is blocked.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. A Loom user account is mastered for someone whose email address is also managed through a claimed domain in Atlassian.
      2. The user remains on a Legacy Loom workspace.
      3. The user attempts to log in to Loom but is unable to access their Legacy workspace.

      Expected Results

      The user should be able to log in to their Legacy Loom workspace using their email address.

      Actual Results

      The user’s login attempt fails with an unauthorized or similar error, and they are unable to access their Legacy Loom workspace.
