It would be really helpful to have a way to prevent deactivated users from appearing in Spaces.
Right now, even after a user is deactivated at the account / workspace level, they can still show up in different parts of the product. This can be confusing for admins and active users, because it looks like those people are still part of the workspace.
We would love an option or setting that:
- Automatically hides deactivated users from Spaces, member lists, and sharing dialogs, and
- Ensures they no longer appear as possible collaborators or viewers.
The goal is to keep Spaces clean and up to date, and to make it easier for admins and end users to understand who actually has access and is still active.
