Issue Summary

The user has almost 400+ videos in their workspace and need to restrict users from downloading but applying it one by one is a bit hectic, so having download restriction applied globally across the workspace helps.

There is no such feature currently

Expected Results

Ability to apply download restriction globally across entire workspace

Actual Results

Currently we can only restrict viewers from downloading enabling in the video settings.

Workaround - Disabling the download for viewers one by one for each video.
