Remove the Loom promotional video at the end of video if CTA is present

      When a user is not logged into Loom and watches a video that includes a call-to-action (CTA), a promotional Loom video is displayed at the end. In such cases, video owners should have the option to remove this promotional content to maintain the focus on their CTA.
