Customers would like more flexibility with the “Remove Silence” feature in Loom. Currently, the tool only removes silences between 2–6 seconds. Users are requesting the ability to:

Set a custom minimum silence duration (e.g., remove silences of 2 seconds or longer, not just within a fixed range).

Remove longer silences (greater than 6 seconds) automatically with a single click, rather than having to manually trim these sections.
