Issue Summary:
When scheduling a Loom meeting and allowing the Loom notetaker to join, the attendee list on the Confluence page currently shows all invited users. While having the invitee list is useful, adding information about who actually attended would be even more helpful, saving users time and providing valuable insights.
Steps to Reproduce
- I ScheduleD a Loom meeting and granted the Loom notetaker permission to join.
- Invited the following users to the meeting:
-
- nehatesxxxxx@gmail.com
-
- neharavx.xxxxx@gmail.com
-
- nr@atlassian.com
- Out of these, only the following users joined the meeting:
-
- neharavx.xxxxx@gmail.com
-
- nr@atlassian.com
- Check the attendee list on the Confluence page, which currently shows all invitees.
- The same issue occurs with the Loom Admin tool.
Expected Results
The Confluence page should include an additional section showing the users who actually attended the meeting, like neharavx.xxxxx@gmail.com and nr@atlassian.com. This would enhance the usefulness of the attendee list and save users time.
Actual Results
Currently, the Confluence page lists all invited users, including those who did not attend, such as nehatesxxxx@gmail.com. However, the Loom notetaker logs correctly indicate:
[ParticipantsTracker] 2 people / 1 bot in meeting
