Issue Summary

Some customers might want to set the default workspace's permission for new users, changing between "can edit" and the default "can view". 

Steps to Reproduce

Currently, when sharing videos with the workspace, the users in the workspace will have access to view them, however, they will not be able to move, delete or edit the videos. In case the team needs to be granted with this type of access, the user needs to choose the "can edit" option.

Expected Results

As we already have a control for privacy settings within the workspace:

We could also have a control set for the default workspace permission for new users, so that we could set "can edit" instead of the default "can view".

Workaround

The user needs to choose the "can edit" option manually.
