Issue Summary

All issues in list view are not visible to user if Issue Security is applied on the project

Steps to Reproduce

• For one of the customer, the issue security is applied on the project for external users.
• When the external user logged in the instance the user is able to see all the tickets in All work Section.
• In the list view, it appears that the user is unable to see all available tickets. Specifically, the missing tickets are those associated with parent tickets for which the user lacks the necessary access permissions. This limitation restricts the user's ability to view related issues, thereby hindering their capacity to manage or address related tasks effectively. In order to achieve full visibility, it is essential that users obtain the appropriate access rights to all parent tickets linked to their assigned issues.
• But when the user select all the issue types under the Filter section all the issue started visible in the List tab

Note - Not replicable in local instance.

Expected Results

Ideally the user should be able to see all the tickets, on which the user has the access as per the Issue security scheme

Actual Results

In the list view, the user is not able to see all the tickets, few tickets are missing, when the user select all the issue types under the Filter section all the issue started visible in the List tab

Workaround

In All Work, user has visibility on all the issues on which the user has access as per the issue security scheme.

For now, we would recommend to ask the affected user to Access the All Work section to view the tickets
