In a Jira Business space board, when using the Filters dropdown at the top of the board, the user suggestion dropdown shows users who do not have product access to the current Jira Cloud site.

In organizations with multiple sites (e.g. Site A and Site B), users who have access only to Site B can still appear as suggestions in filters on a board in Site A.

Expected Behavior:
When using user-based filters in the Jira Business space board Filters, the user suggestions should be restricted so that:

1. Only users who have Jira product access to the current site are displayed; and ideally

1. Within that set, priority is given to users who:

• • Have Browse Projects ** permission in the current project, or

• • Are otherwise considered “relevant” to the board (e.g. project members, recent assignees/reporters).
