Request the ability for Approvers to not have to Approve transitions that they are making themselves.

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when you add Approvals to a JWM project, you must choose a list of Approvers.

      In my site, I am Org and Site admin, I create an Approvals process and I myself am the only Approver. 

      When attempting to transition issues, I am required to 'Approve' the transition.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Approval in a JWM project. 
      2. Add yourself as the only Approver.
      3. Try and transition an issue.
      4. You are required to 'Approve' the transition.

      Expected Results

      As the Approver, I should not have to approve my own transitions.

      Actual Results

      You are required to select 'Approve' to approve the transition.

      Workaround

      No workaround at this time.
