      Issue Summary

When editing a form, you can add columns by dragging and dropping from the right side. Currently, however, if you click and drag on the icon that reads "drag to reorder" when hovered over in the form itself, nothing happens. You cannot reorder the fields in the form or remove fields.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Edit or create a form in a JWM project
      2. Try to rearrange the fields in the form by clicking and dragging on the icon with the two columns of three dots in the left portion of the field
      3. Try adding some columns from the right-hand list to the form
      4. Try to use the same icon for reordering the fields as used in step 2 to rearrange the fields on the form.

      Expected Results

The fields should be movable by dragging and dropping

      Actual Results

You can only add fields to the form, you cannot rearrange the fields on the form.

      Workaround

Single click on the icon with the two columns of three dots in the left portion of the field. A menu will pop up with the option to move the field up or down in the form.
